is there any relation between solder paste viscosity and the length of time the solder paste being used in the machine? pls advice....

Moisture will condensed on your paste if the temperature different. Solder bead will happen. You can see the jar or cartridge wet when you removed your paste from refrigerator.

Check the archives, there's been a (funny) thread about them. Conclusion was that nobody had much faith in it: how to discharge or prevent ESD charges without making contact?

Kick Out the Salesman from your manufacturing floor! We had that when I was with Commodore B.V. and if you use their tester it passes but if you use other ESD testers it fails. crap!

Did you guys try CSA (Customer Service Associates). They are the support arm of Agilent. I know there are a couple of guys around still that are familiar with the GS-1's. Their phone number is 440-832-0822. Ask for Mike Dickey
