When an older Fuji machine acts odd the first place to go is a reset start and reload proper, program, and status to see if that fixes it. Just make sure you have a good proper before you begin. Jerry

I would assume the IP2 version is similar to the IP3. I've installed 2 of the IP3 ones and they work fine. The retro is pretty simple. Tape and reel is fine if you have the room on the MFU's, we didn't have that luxury though.

The only time I have seen any Fuji IP need calibration is if you have had a serious crash, or if an axis or camera has been removed. Make sure you don't have something else going on. For instance check these things: 1.Check nozzle vacuum 2.Make sur

If there is no option to send the proper data to the MTU it sounds like your line editor is configured incorrectly. You will still be able to send programs and the such but like you said you would never notice it until you had to send the proper back
