I would assume the IP2 version is similar to the IP3. I've installed 2 of the IP3 ones and they work fine. The retro is pretty simple. Tape and reel is fine if you have the room on the MFU's, we didn't have that luxury though.

Larry, To zero the IP3, you hold down the "-" key and press "F5" (set), then F6 to go back to page zero, then sero the machine. On the CP6 you hold down the "-" key and press F6. Doug L.

FUJI has a calibration tool for measuring the tray pick possition for the IP-3 machine. The part number is QPJ-1061

the case is that FUJI IP3 failed to place BGA ,when it is processing the BGA vision ,often occours the alert message. Our oprating system is MCS30,the software version is v1.3. anyone encounter the same problem? it is be appciatiate that feedback any

What is the error your getting,I have used the ip3 to place Bga'a before and had no difficulty i was also using the MCS30.

we are surprised to find that ten BGA chips are excursion one line on the board,together the IP3 placed 600 BGA ,it really confused me.anyone have any suggestion for the reason? the BGA IS 20*20-16*16,pitch is 1.27.

I have an Electrolytic capacitor which is 17mm in diameter and is 16.7mm in height. It is presented in a reel,44mm x 24mm. I want to know if there is a suitable feeder available to place this part onto a Fuji IP3. Thanks, Alan.

Hi Jerry, Thanks for the info. Is vision number required for the IP3? From the manual it appears not (needed for IP1 & 2), however vision type is required. Thanks, Dave
