PCB Warpage in Reflow

I�m having problem with PCB with 16mil thickness due to warpage. the board convex up in the middle after 1st reflow. It seams the warpage is caused by CTE mismatch between PCB and multiple TSOP's, which are covering ~80% of the bottom side board area

Outside the box: Can you retro your oven with a belt chain combo? I always order my ovens this way just in case. No pallet or carrier needed then. Can justify retro against the cost of the pallet or carrier. Two part epoxy instead of heat cure?
