I've got a 100mm X 70 mm Dense PCB...The via holes used is 1.0 mm some are under SOIC's ...what problems that this type of via design poses ? all ideas are welcome ! thanks and regards, armin

I think most manufacturers do not meet this requirement, 2 / 2mil line is too thin, easy to disconnect

Brian, I believe that someone has given you incorrect info. Both of these vision types ignore protruding nozzles during vision processing. I am currently running 1608 components with a 1.0mm nozzle on a CP-643E series machine utilizing vision type

Just wondering about feeders 8x2 with .7 nozzles and cover. Wondering if anyone that reads this has any extra feeders for sale or know of a house with some for sale? Got some 0402 coming my way and we only have 8x4 with 1.3 covers and 1.0 covers.
