Is jet dispensing of highly filled polymers possible? I have only seen applications with SMT adhesives, where the filler content is on the order of 10%.

What is the difference between jet printing & jet dispensing. Our's is small prototyping, high reliability PCB assembly business. The SMT components used are up to 0.4 mm pitch BGA & 0201 size chips. Which is more suitable for us?

Good Day Everyone, Is anyone using a glue jet for dispensing epoxy? I am looking at different application methods and this seems to eliminate most of the problems with needle application. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks In Advance C

If you are running 1 shift 8 hours a day, I would PM the valve at least twice a week depending on dispense medium. With the opoxy I used, I cleaned the valve and needle every day.

What I would ask before actually answering your question is, what is the smallest footprint/pad which can be pressure dispensed/jet printed? Regards, Tom.

Jet printing can reach 80um, whereas contact dispensing is 0.3mm I believe. 0402 pads are 0.6x0.5mm.
