Electronics Forum | Fri Jun 30 15:18:24 EDT 2017 | aurash

If anyone has a KE-760 user manual that he/she can share with me please, I would really appreciate it. I do have a KE-750 manual but it doesn't cover VCS (video centering system) which is my main problem. Thanks in advance, Aurash

Juki Parallel pickup not working

Electronics Forum | Mon Aug 01 15:54:27 EDT 2022 | tey422

I ran those KE750 & KE760 machines more than 5 years ago. As I recall, it can do some sort of gang pick, just not fully simultaneously. It picks with one head first then, it picks up with the 2nd head with minor delay after the 1st pick.

Inverted Chip Resistor

The feeders on the Juki 750 machines have about 0.060" slop in the x-axis. Which allows the machine to try to pick up the part on the edge, inverting it. With the auto-correct feature enabled, the machine locates the feeder pocket based on its pick

Need opinion about KE740 and KE760 !

Which machine did you like more and recommend? My feeling is the Juki is simpler and easier by design thus making it easier to maintain. The GSM is very robust, highly over engineered making it more costly to keep going. Harder to work on for

Electronics Forum | Tue Sep 18 05:34:50 EDT 2012 | sarason

Juki are marvelous machines. Don't know about the MPAG3. If you need to load files into the Juki my program PCB Synergy can generate the 730 , 750 and 760 Juki files. From memory the 740 can read one of these formats. If not I can add it in. For th

Hi Reckless, Depends on model of Samsung & Juki. For example you talked earlier of a Juki 750 compared to an Assembleon Opal Xii, which were different generations - a fair comparison would have been a Juki 2060 to an Opal Xii. Same with the Samsu

paper vs emboss (& zig zag placement)

Electronics Forum | Thu Sep 27 15:09:24 EDT 2012 | ericrr

I notice that someone has set all the capacitors & resistors parts as emboss instead of paper tape. Does this make any difference to the pick and placement of the parts, By the way recently we changed from 1206 to 0603 parts, coming out of the mac
