Thanks for all the responses. I do agree with what was said, and can certainly see reasons not to try. I'll write a little more about what we do. We are a defense contractor, and as I mentioned very high mix, low volume. We only have 1 SMT line.

Elissa - SMTWenzhan ? She is great !! Have purchased many oddball and common parts from her including belts, filters, grease, etc. BTW - We placed 01005 using a nozzle she sold us with our Emerald-X. Unbelievable !! Granted the pick was hit or miss

I know this post is getting a bit old, but the Juki KE-2060 can do 0201 up to 74mm square (or up to 150mm long connectors) on their standard machine. You only need to purchase the 0201 nozzle and feeder. The machine is factory set to run 0201. And

We are running a Juki SMT line (3RAL and 2080E). I am not sure there is an option for a component verifier. My thought is a barcode/scanner set up and I am in the process of working on this but waiting on Juki response on a file question. We do use
