Here is a newer procedure I found, that is more in depth with better illustration. The nozzle jig, is also used for proper Z calibration, and is pictured in this service procedure.

Hello, i am have experience in calibration by hand by input to offsets (some times jigs are not perfect). Also I could try to answer to some questions about Mx Mr Mirae series.

PRocedure is attached to post. I had calibration jigs made, but you can use a glass plate with a crosshair, or a hole in the board.

Purchased 2 used Fuji CP43's and did not receive manuals with them. Have been using CP42 manuals to write procedures and looking for jigs for the vision systems to calibrate them. However, I cannot find the jigs with the part #'s that are in the CP42

We are having numerous issues placing BGA and IC's on a Juki 750 using laser, the machine has been recently calibrated but we are getting twist and misplacement quite often, any ideas?

Thank you all for the help, but like I stated the machine was from EBAY and none of the calibration tools were included with the units. I am now cretin that we need them or tto have Juki field service to come in. Thank you again Greg

Hi All: We have found a machine called the GAM-20F to calibrate our Fuji CP6 feeders. Has anyone ever used one of these? The price is in the 5-6K range and is from SMT Source. Any feedback is welcome. Thanks Carl B.
