We are using kanetic conveyor 13inch size. The conveyor belt moves reverse direction when pcb comes. what could be the problem?

we don't have a jumper shunt in this conveyor. This conveyor belt running forward direction since 5 years but all of sudden change to reverse direction. Is this any software issue? Note: Both side sensors are working fine

I'm not familiar with Quad but I have had very similar problems on printers. If your conveyor has an L-bracket over the top of the conveyor belt to keep it down + aligned, you might need to remove it for cleaning or make some adjustments to it so it

I am looking for Juki belt feeders. Does anyone know where I can purchase these at a decent price. I looked up Comtra and it looks like they do no make them anymore. If you have any info that would be great.

At times we have had this problem with our AP25 due to one of the conveyor belts slipping. Load a PCB and check to see that both conveyor belts are running at the same speed. If not, tighten the one that is dragging. Hope this helps.

Whats the best way to joint a broken conveyor drive belt? Ive tried a rubber glue which lasts for a short time and tried touching both sides to an iron tip and then holding together, again with poor results.
