Hi Rob, Thanks for the response. I am not aware of any feeder crashes. We aren't real sure where the scratches came from. They do not appear to be too deep but are at the edge of acceptable. We are still up and running. I don't think I am comfortabl

One more concern is "consumables" like nozzles, chuck jaws, etc. On some machines these parts wear rapidly and need frequent replacement, or are very easily damaged and need replacement after even the most minor crashes like a dropped component layi

Darby, I'm not completely sure I understand. Juki machines have what is referred to as a multi-head. The offsets between the heads are the same as the spacing between 8mm feeders. So the (6) heads all come down at once and "gang pick" from 6 8mm fee
