I have JUKI KE760L, and did notice that, when In "Feeder data " I select feeder position say 20, it enters XYZ coordinates for "pick coordinates" for example X=-260, Y=-25, Z=-1, which I need to "correct always by camera (it is slightly shifted).....

I have a project I would like to consider a Juki machine for. I am trying to find out if a Juki 2000 series machine can pick up parts from 12mm and 16mm simultaneously with all heads for good optimisation performance? IE are the heads spacing the sam

Mycronic is very expensive. But it does have a lot of good options and feeder count. JUKI I have always found to be limited to number of feeders and flexibility of individual machines. If you are upgrading from MannCorp there may be better options

The feeders on the Juki 750 machines have about 0.060" slop in the x-axis. Which allows the machine to try to pick up the part on the edge, inverting it. With the auto-correct feature enabled, the machine locates the feeder pocket based on its pick

We have been running a 2060 (along with a 2050) for about a year. Great machine; good follow up to the 700 series, of which we run several variants. We have a 2 shift, 5 day operation with 7 changeovers/shift. We've minimized downtime by building fee

Juki KE-2050R (or any of their R-series machines). They have the ability to automatically learn pick positions on paper tape feeders and they can zoom in on pick locations (x2 or x4), so this will help when they release their nozzle for 01005 compon

Yes Rick, you are correct, Zevatech HBA, PPM7 & > PPM9 were all designed and built by Swiss. That > was a long long time ago. Sorry, I guess I forgot about those old beasts. Then don't forget about the good old CATs and Microns made by Zevatech

Our observation also is that the tape size is too big for the chip which allows the tape to move around. With this i would like to know if there is is a setting in the machine that would slow the feeding rate. We are using juki mounter 2000 series. A

Hello all Good morning. I just want to ask with you guys about the problem that we always experienced in our production. We could not get our target ppm due. to inverted placement of chip resistor. We are using 2000 series juki mounter and cf03hp j
