We've done the same....Juki 2000 series versus Yamaha / Assembleon XT series....we found out that Juki is far better, more efficient, and easy to maintain...we bought 2020 last year and found that we made the right decision... Juki is the Best !!!

I would take a good look at Juki's 2000-series machines. We have a few and they are very easy to learn. Setup is minimized with offline setup. Adjust conveyor width and you are ready to run. Juki has provided good support and the machines require
