I know we paid less than that for our Juki KE-2060 and it can run the whole gambit of components...0201, QFN, microBGA... What kind of footprint are you looking for on your "small" machine and what capabilities are you looking for? What kind of pri

I know this post is getting a bit old, but the Juki KE-2060 can do 0201 up to 74mm square (or up to 150mm long connectors) on their standard machine. You only need to purchase the 0201 nozzle and feeder. The machine is factory set to run 0201. And

I would rather keep my Juki KE-2060. It runs faster, do larger boards, and can place a wider range of components when compared to the Opal. Also, I have trolleys on front and rear, without losing any feeder locations. Why can't you put trolleys on

From what you explain: 1. check all movements X,Y and Z are moving free while machine is off. 2. Resit all driver cards. 3. Check interface cables or boards. Not sure if Juki is using CAN or other interface standard, but random motor errors might be

Not sure if you fixed the problem in the meantime but try to disable the Z4 head to see if the problem actually belongs to the 4th head. Sometimes a totally unrelated problem is manifesting on the head. (I had communication problems between the XMP c

Got it. That make sense. Pick position is quite far from these "normal" one. I ignore the message (and press start button again) every time and the whole mounting process starts normally. JUKI mount every component assigned except one from 44mm feede

I opened a case on the JUKI support in Germany and I got some help but we are in the same spot like a week ago. I have 30 years of industrial automation expertise I checked everything I've been told to check - searching trough detailed logs and send
