James, We have 3 750's that are 5-8 yrs old. Never any major issues. Juki's service and support are the best. We bought a 2060 1 year ago and have been pleased with it. We placed a 20 mil pitch QFP with a spec of +/- 0.003" to test the machine.

Hi, we have 740 and I would never assume that it can place 0201. The new Juki machines like 2060 1080...can do it for sure but older machines I doubt it.

I ran those KE750 & KE760 machines more than 5 years ago. As I recall, it can do some sort of gang pick, just not fully simultaneously. It picks with one head first then, it picks up with the 2nd head with minor delay after the 1st pick.
