We have a Juki KE-740 I would like to use a HP-612 Inkjet printer instead of a dot matrix printer to print out the production info, is this possible, I don't see the option to load printer drivers on the menu, and the Inkjet doesn't print correctly.

Those machines use DOS, so unless you can find DOS drivers for your printer, then I think you are stuck using Dot Matrix, which don't need special drivers in DOS. Plus, I believe those machine use a Japanese version of DOS, so US drivers may not wor

Frank- I don't believe your statement regarding Zevatech always being a Juki platform is correct. I can remember Zevatech selling SMT equipment 25 years ago and they sure as hell didn't come from Japan then......
