I have an old Juki 2060 The electors were replaced on some heads that were disabled. Now we are showing some of the same errors with those heads. Does anyone have any suggestions for possible cause that would make this happen again. Another warning

We've done the same....Juki 2000 series versus Yamaha / Assembleon XT series....we found out that Juki is far better, more efficient, and easy to maintain...we bought 2020 last year and found that we made the right decision... Juki is the Best !!!

I would have to agree with Pete. I have worked with Panasonic, Create, Mydata and Juki. Juki has been the easiest to work with. They actually installed and had the machines running production within a day.

I agree with some of the earier postings about checking other mfgs. Assembleon and Juki are really two different price point companies. Assembleon is more in line with the Panasonics and Siemens of the world, Juki and Samsung might be a better focus

I've worked with Juki and Panasonic/Create. Both have been good machines, but we've found Juki to be superior in cost, performance, and service. Our 750's are 8 years old and still run great. We've just gotten a 2060R this last year, and we've rea
