I have an old Juki 2060 The electors were replaced on some heads that were disabled. Now we are showing some of the same errors with those heads. Does anyone have any suggestions for possible cause that would make this happen again. Another warning

Possibly blocked air lines did you check air pressure? Also drivers on the relevant boards. or simply damage in the flexible wiring harness( a nightmare) sarason

Maybe also check the air pressure, the lack of air pressure could also sometimes make the head lose grip on the nozzles

Contact your local Juki distributor. But as a reseller of used equipment they may not be too willing to help out. And why would you want to add the expense and hassle of adding a glue head on a machine?

Does anyone know what an "Axis Head 1 Theta DAC limit error during Move Absolute Command" may mean? It occurred during production. I have checked through the board's program for errors but cannot see any.

Are you sure the anvil is coming up? You might try running a program w/o parts or boards (no continuity check) and watching to see if everything is moving when it should be. Do you use continuity checking? If so, what are the results?
