I wonder if you have any experience with mating 760 to 730. What about suport for 700 series? You have 760 still running good.How many years they have to service machines after purchase. Is the 2060 significantly better than 760 regardless capacity?

Hello Scott, We have sold modified 101 nozzles. They had a .25mm hole instead of standard. The customer ordered these for placing 0201s. Is it possible they were used on the 740 machine? Or maybe the 760? FredC

That is right, air pressure would be a higher level of malfunction and reported on the main screen, maybe also try maintenance of the head, cleaned up and oiled them, anyway I'm speaking of experience based on the old days when I using the Fuji serie

Error about 'nozzles cannot be returned' why is this happening in middle of a run...? What can we do to resolve this

I've seen this error multiple times. Possible that there is a part still attached to the nozzle or the machine thinks that there is and sometimes it doesn't display the window with the commands to trash the part.

Also, think about when the last time someone removed a nozzle and possibly didn't put it away in the proper location.
