We still have an old Heller 1500W kicking around and I can't locate a parts list or manual. I know some "spring cleaning" went on and I'm wondering if someone tossed them. The main issue is the edge rail chains seem to suddenly have a lot of slack.

I've seen this error multiple times. Possible that there is a part still attached to the nozzle or the machine thinks that there is and sometimes it doesn't display the window with the commands to trash the part.

There is a manual available that deals with how to create part data files for connectors and BGA's. Contact Fuji America for this manual. REF-SMD3PD-1.1E. There may be a newer version available than the one I have listed. It is also available in PDF

Thanks to all Earl, Mathew and David for the SMT info. I have one more question. Does anybody have a chart listing the standard, industrial spacings? Perhaps listing in each unit, say XX mils = XX Pitch. Or XX mils = XXmm or something of that nat

Hi James, Thank you for answering. We can simultaneously pick multiple different part numbers with no problem, but we cannot generate programs simultaneously picking the same part number from multiple feeders on our Juki's. We can on our Yamaha's.
