Reflow soldering Texas Instruments components

I have been seeing wetting problems with Texas Instruments componets. I am using Kester 596L OA water soluble solder paste. My reflow profile is in spec. for this formula. Has anybody else seen this problem and if so how did you resolve it? Any feed

We used to use Scotch DP460 for Apache helicopter electronics, and we mixed it with Cab-o-sil silica (texas snow) to thicken it so that it doesn't creep during cure.

Mohit, We use a part counting device from V-Tek. I think they are out of Texas(507-387-2039). You input the pitch of the components, and it counts the holes in the carrier tape. Steve A
