We have recently upgraded our placement machine to a Juki KE760. We also have 2 Zevatech PM570L's. All our placement data is on individual floppy disks, they were generated using the 570 machines. Having put the disks into the 760 it does not recog

If anyone has a KE-760 user manual that he/she can share with me please, I would really appreciate it. I do have a KE-750 manual but it doesn't cover VCS (video centering system) which is my main problem. Thanks in advance, Aurash

Craig, If you have a Juki KE-750/760, or the newer KE-2000s, it will support 8 characters for the designator. The older models only support 5 characters. If you have a KE-750 and/or a KE-760 and you can only enter 5 chars, then call you local Juki

Frank- I don't believe your statement regarding Zevatech always being a Juki platform is correct. I can remember Zevatech selling SMT equipment 25 years ago and they sure as hell didn't come from Japan then......

Yes Rick, you are correct, Zevatech HBA, PPM7 & PPM9 were all designed and built by Swiss. That was a long long time ago.
