Moisture Sensitive Device over baked

Electronics Forum | Fri Feb 15 08:33:59 EST 2002 | fmonette

The joint IPC/JEDEC standard currently specifies a limit of one bake cycle, regardless of the temprature or duration. In the proposed revision this will be replaced by a maximum cumulative duration of 48 hours at 125C. The reason identified for thi

MPM AP/C (AP25?) hardware limit error / manual

Electronics Forum | Tue Oct 14 10:52:35 EDT 2014 | swag

Can't help you with the manual but do have some tips: If it was shipped, it's possible someone tied axis or blocked stuff for shipping. Look for that. Look for bent sensor flags + go into I/O and check to see all sensors you can find are working.

Changing a wave over to lead free

Electronics Forum | Thu May 18 16:27:53 EDT 2006 | bman

I don't have any experinence with this, but my concern is that you are limiting the amount of contamination your pot can absorb before you ever run a board through. What I mean is that even if you are able to drain all but about a kg of the old sold

Electronics Forum | Fri Oct 28 14:09:39 EDT 2022 | ttheis

Allowing a part to go over the board boundaries can cause collisions when boards are nested. The software on these machines has limitations but it is plenty capable and rooted in preventing physical damage to the machine. Once you are familiar with t

Setting limits in Solder Paste Inspection
