Check into Bartector. Used this solution for 15 years at a previous employer. As long as your parts are labeled correctly (correct part number matching the mfg part number) then Bartector will have the operator scan the feeder to the part label. I

If you are facing the back of the machine take left most panel off. There are usually two fans built into this panel.(unplug the fan connector and set cover aside) The servo-driver cards will all be in a row. They should be labeled accordingly.

Could anyone help to connect a FUJI CP42 machine to a conveyer with stanard SMEMA? CP42 has 2 wire cable and small female connector label SMEMA (Not fit with stanard SMEMA). Thank you for all your help, -Michael
