there any problem if Lead Free finish PCB being process using Leaded Solder Paste...? It is totally related to the manufacturing process and quality of joint, not to any specific compliance issues related to the European Union, China or any. Regards

It depends on the laminate but a PWB is like any other MSL component. Some fab shops are only waranting standard FR4 laminates for 45-60 days when processed at lead free temperatures. The best thing I can say is to try some weight gain/loss experim

according to the ressult of cross-section and removing the component, I find there is no black area in the left pad, and the IMC is also normal, so the black nickle is less impossible. the PCB material is not common FR4, just some thing like ceramic,
