Hi, The percentage of lead (0.1% or otherwise) is still being debated in the EU where the legislation is in place. The industry is pushing for a 0.2% limit,(if lead-free has to be) as it is considered a limit where solder can be recycled economical

Hi All, Can anyone advise the spec for land size of a lead 0.2mm in width? I am placing a TQFP128 0.4mm pitch, the leads seem to be wider than the actual pads they are been placed on? I am also experiencing poor wetting on this part , it has NiPdAU

We have recently had problems with bare boards coming in too thick. I would like to know how to properly specify the minimum and maximum thickness using the 13949F and IPC 4101 specs. (We currently use "MATERIAL: GFN 0620 C1/C1 A2A per MIL - P - 1394
