we have an HSP that keeps giving nozzle level (low) out of tolerance, we have performed lighting check, also this condition is only showing up on 3 or 4 heads...any input appreciated

Just to get the simple stuff out of the way. Make sure that no one has changed the machine nozzle data to a different type. Then try actually changing the nozzle data and putting that type into the head. If this passes it will at least eliminate the

Is this on all 6 nozzles on those particular heads or just some. Try swapping nozzles with another head to make sure you do not have nozzle issues.

the "hooks" appear to be in good shape and are holding the nozzles up...machine will run even utilizing those head/nozzle combinations...we will check the valve, and verify proper operation, during non-production time....

HSP nozzles get pushed back up into the head by a cam with a pneumatic brake on it. Make sure this is functioning properly. It is not uncommon for the MAC valve that actuates the brake to get flaky = replace it. Also, the nozzles are mechanically
