| Does anyone have info on any of these systems (good or bad). We are looking at these 3 types for a new SMT pnp machine. We are low volume high mix. | | Thanks, Dave | I've worked with QuadIVc at Interstate... I then purchased a Mydata at this

Your typical high mix line would consist of, Stencil printer, 1-2 foot conveyor belt, fast PNP machine (say a universal 30 spindle turret lightning head), 1-2 foot conveyor belt, large/heavy part PNP (say a universal flex jet 7 spindle or 4 Spindle),

I am looking for some equipment with a fairly undemanding capability. I would appreciate pointers to potential suppliers. Dispense size 0603 chips only, speed can be as low as 60 chips per minute. Only one type of component (ie one reel) is loaded.

We had this. The anti-backlash nuts were binding. > We took them apart, chased the threads with a tap > and re-assembled with slightly less pre-load. > Hasn't been a problem since. > We had this. The anti-backlash nuts were binding. > We took t

Smells a lot worse even with good extraction. Key things to look out for is laser life on your thickness and layup of panels compared to spindle motor life (Typically 10,000 hours, or 2 years for us) and cost of replacement lasers. We get spindle

Most ovens I know use oil to lubricate conveyor chain, not grease. Anyway, is this what you're using: NMG No Melt Grease NLGI 2 (operates from -20C to +270C) NMG is a long-fibred highly adhesive grease which does not melt or drip at high temperat

The only issues I have had in the past with the shuttle are 1. The transport conveyor into the machine was not aligned correctly causing pickup issue from the belt. 2. Operators not correctly loading parts in trays or updating the qty's, this meant

It's been awhile but isn't there a sensor to tell the middle conveyor when it is lined up with the incoming and outgoing rails? If so that would explain why the table goes into Z axis overtravel. It still means your Y isn't working but makes it less

We have a inline YesTech YTV-2000 in a newly configured SMT line and having issues with the transfer system. Shortly after the unit is put in run mode, the conveyor will turn on and run as if it is attempting to load a pcb even though no pcb availab

Yes it happens with any inline cleaner with small or light boards the pressure can cause them to flip. If they lodge in the links they can also cause damage to the conveyor. For small boards, flexibles etc you do need a mesh fixture of some sort or l
