We are processing a 5x22" PCB using Juki "2010E and 2060E". Machines are spec'd as 18x20" cabable. We just needed to adjust a conveyor sensor (1 time) and ignore a few placement area warnings.

Most of the long boards are some kind of LED lighting. From the 4ft tubes that go in drop ceiling fixtures to custom lighting fixtures.

That's a long board! Based on your description, it sounds like board stretch may be your issue. Look at where the paste is printed on the board. If you have board stretch, you'll see the print off to the left on the left side of the board and off
