By "placement pressure" I assume you mean force. I don't know of placement machines that have transducers mounted on the placement spindles that actually measure force. We made a board with a force sensor mounted through a hole so that it was the sa

Start with a load cell (force sensor), you will need one that can handle the force range you will be placing. Someone please correct me on this if I'm wrong but I seem to recall that placement force runs in the range of a couple hundred grams. Chec

If you have pressure sensors in there(most contemporary machines have), value is probably right. It doesn't mean though that the value is correct(see the upper post)

hello everyone, I have issue with one of my DEK air conditioners, it starts to freeze soon after we turn it on. most probable cause is low air flow or low refrigerant pressure. does anyone know what is operating refrigerant pressure range for DEK ai

The way to determine correct pressure (in my experience) is to start out at what you would consider to be a low sq. pressure setting. You are looking for it to leave a slight film of paste on the stencil. Start increasing pressure in small incremen

I just flew in from (insert city) and boy are my arms tired. pr: Likely, you're correct. The "pound-inch" units should have been the give-away, for us. Good catch. If this is the case, the frame fabricator would be the best source for tensioning

We have two batch systems installed from Aqueous Technologies and have been very please with there performance and reliability. One machine is utilizing a 5hp pump and generates 60psi the other is a 3hp version and is about 40psi. I think the most

Hi Carol, Pressure requirements have changed over the past few years. In the recent past, aqueous cleaning systems relied on high flow, low pressure flooding techniques. 20 30 PSI pumped through large orifice nozzles. With ever increasing boa
