Has anyone located an alternate source for the Fuchs Stabylan oil that Vitronics calls for ? $65 a pint seems a little stiff.

Does it ramp up and dowm or do you get a jerk in the conveyor every so often? Jerk in the chain is a sticky link in the chain. Lube may work but if really bad needs replacement.

I should add we use one listed lube from each recommendation and were able to find everything (although that was close to 10 yrs. ago). We bought enough to outlast the oven so we haven't had to buy any since. The oven is still going strong!

Hello New to forum, I have a mpm ultra print 1500 can not find a lube coupler for the Z axis slide bearings. Does anyone know what it is and where could I find one. A standard grease coupling does not fit. Thanks Dale

Be careful on how you go about this. Some older wave chains will have anywhere from a bit to lot of lead embedded into the grease. Ive had best luck sending it out to a shop that can hot tank them. Costs about $25 and it comes back all clean and lube
