Tom, There are two power supply in the machine. One on top of VME box and other behind power distribution panel. The voltage that you see and check at PDP is not from VME.

I thought I saw that there is a retro kit required to supply the proper power to the multi pitch feeders from older machines. Check the Universal web site for info on the multi pitch I think that is where I read about it...

UP AND RUNNING!!! Power supply is good but i found two loose wires in connector 12PL26 (DC to Y1). I think i may have another bad connection inside the Y1 enclosure. Monitor seems to be working OK. Thanks for your help, jsk

Link Fail is the RS232 connection to the FCU. I would check the connector, cable that plugs into the computer. Verify all power supplies are working. The most likely scenario is this: Computer malfunction Cable / connector issue. Defecive FCU

Ken is right about the BTU VIP's, we have 2 both about 6 years old as well, i've been here 1 1/2 years and only replaced a 15V power supply on one of them, no other issues at all.

The snema connecters are located behind the front cover, and to the left of the small power supply. The connecters are up side down. The front one is the left side and the second one back id the right side. Left is normaly the upstream and the rig
