Fuji specs out Omega 66 grease for the solenoid sliders on older CP machines. These solenoids run hot. Its interesting to me that this grease is designed for extremely low temperature applications. Whats up with that ? http://www.omegaoil.co.jp/ind

Grease every 2-6 months depending on the hours used. Dont overgrease.....and make sure you wipe off all excess grease after lubing because the grease always tends to get into the horseshoe sensors and then you will get motor error 4's untill you die!

Hello, Was hoping to hear from fellow users of the Samsung/Hanwha SM4xx series. We currently have an SM482 and we were hoping to do some much need maintenance on it. Specifically, we are wanting to clean and grease the X & Y LM rails and Ball Screw
