Does anyone have any experience with parylene coated BGA's. Can they be masked so parylene doesn't get underneath? How do you remove and replace? Is machining them off the only viable option? If so are there any special requirements /special fixturin

what is the manufacturer and model of the printer you are planning to use? actually, if its a semi-automatic machine you may not need the cameras to align the stencil to the board. you can "bomb-site" it.

Herman, Before I get into this I would like to know something. What machine takes the longest to change over? That should be equal to your change over time. If it is not one of your pick and place machines this is all beside the point. I am not sure

You misunderstand...I am not a CEM rather I am representing a placement machine manufacturer. My question is to you as to your requirements for your application.

Yes to all of the above with the exception of the part sticking. The same parts are EASILY picked using the 4790/91 feeders on a 4790/91 machine. The new feeders just flip the part out when the feeder advances. Thanks! Lee
