We also have a benchtop by Mirtec and we are very satisfied. We also have an inline machine by Viscom. I do recommend look at a benchtop.

The UP3000 & UP3050 are the same machine. The "3050" denotes an options set. The current model is an UltraFlex 3000, which replaced the UltraPrint 3000 series.

Kev, If I remember correctly, Hollis used calrod preheaters on that machine and they had a reflector under the elements to reflect the radiant waves back to the PCB. You might want to clean the reflector. If it is too far gone, use some Reynolds Wr

Hi, I am looking for the IPC criteria hole-to-lead ratio. Does anybody know a practical way to determine if some holes in my pcb's do not get enough solder in the wave solder machine because an inapropiate hole-to-lead ratio? Thanks in advance! Hi
