Being that is budgeting season I am interested in specifying more depaneling equipment but with an eye towards quality / realiability. We use routing for COB assemblies but have spec'd the Cab 4M for everything else. However, I came across a Frost

We use Maestro machines. They work well.

We are currently using a Maestro depanelizer for seperating our boards. We do have component failures due to this process. Has anyone ever used a water-cutting machine. If so, what results can you share with me? Thanks, Doug
