Chris, Are you sure about the joystick trackball statement? He said he is seing "bounce" when he steps through placements and when he trims mag positions. That would indicate a issue with the small x-mot system to me.

I think for x-ray, it really depend what package you are looking at. For CSP, it should be at least min 90KV, min 5 micro focus size. CSP definitely need a higher mag and resolution.
