We have one JOT magazine loader and PLC died on it. I contacted JOT multiple time to get replacement PLC or backup of PLC and no answer from their support. I have same model of PLC but I dont have PLC program backup. Can anyone here help me who have

Mike, I don't know this loader, but if you link 3&4 locally on the downstream conveyor, this should make it request PCB from loader via 1 & 2 PCB should then unload.

It should unload automatically thru the SMEMA. Getting it to think it's always full will be the trick. You may have to call JOT to reprogram your unit.

Hi, wondering if anyone has encountered a magazine loader & magazines that hold 550mm in length. We are designing led strips and that is our longest config. All I have been able to find is 535mm with 50 slots. Any help would be appreciated. Than
