As we all know, we should keep magnets away from electronics, can this be backed up with studies? I am looking for any info about specifics on this subject. Exactly what is bad and what is ok? Can the field be measured with a Gauss Meter and if so wh

We recently added an SPM printer to our SMT department and I need to buy some tooling pins and center supports. Other than MPM, is there any aftermarket support for this machine? Can anyone point me towards any suppliers for the above mentioned parts

I know you said you checked your clamps but another look will do no harm. we had a very similar issue a while back, and it turned out that the plastic shim under the chase clamp magnet was damaged. This caused the chase clamps not to release properly

Hi, Don't know if some holes can be drilled to yur machine table, if so, yu can make the support with at least 2 pin and plug into the table, better to use aluminium support, easier to CNC. Hope this help

Your problem is likely not the Pd-Ag surface layers, but the underlying metal to which you need to wet. Either a base metal is: * Contaminated and poorly wettable. OR * A material [eg, Alloy 42 (check with magnet), Kovar, etc] that is inherently dif

Hi all, by reading along those thread (SOT23) and Tan outgassing I learned plenty of things. My first time approacing this kind of Q$A Forum, very intesting tech communication way. Any way, the path of magnetism effect was chosen when time ago we met

They take the place of the tooling pins. They magnetically attach to the table. Board comes in, table raises, Red-E-Set supports the board, prints, done. You just have to do the initial setup before running. We bought 4 units for each machine. J
