I need a good chemical to remove the lacquer finish off of magnet wire. I know there are different kinds but I need one that really works. Any suggestions would be great. thanks in advance guys.

I am shopping for a fine magnet/manganin wire stripper. Something to strip a variety of coatings from Formavar to Teflon off of 30awg and up wires. Something easy to use and set up. Anyone got one they can recommend? Thanks coeps

We have four 4796 machines, and I have not yet seen this problem. By chance did You check to see if the Nozzle Storage Plate is magnetized? Just a thought. Hope this helps.

Make sure chips (some Resistor contain nickel,or A-42 (Fe-Ni)leads made like SOT-23, etc )some time they also are magnetized and get attracted by nozlles tips. rgds

Don't forget the monitor's. There are only two ways to get out of this problem, if the monitor get's magnetizised: 1. Replace the monitor. 2. Turn in the monitor to a Tv-repairman that can do a de-magnetizing of the monitor.

Anybody out there know of a good (2nd) source to purchase single magnetic board supports used on quad/samsung machines. These are spring loaded and contact the underside of the board in the pick n place machine

Does anyone know why there would be magnets on the bottom of the locating plate on a CP6 feeder ? We seem to have some feeders with them and some without.

Dude - Keep away from the oven, you have sniffed to many fumes. Magnets aren't listed in the parts list, sacrafice an operator until someone fesses up!!!
