Using Stripfeeders on MyData Tray Wagons

We built a tray that accepts tape. It is made out of a waffle tray and board breakaways. It works very well. We use magnets to mount it on our Y-Wagon teaching it as a tray.

DEK 248 Board Fixation

I have a 1997 DEK 248 screen printer that does not have the magnetic suction cups. Any thought on where i can find these or suggestions on how to secure the board on the table?

Possibility of a cheaper pick and place machine design?

Are you using any flexible magnetic tooling with it or are you using dedicated fixtures for holding your array's?

Thanks - This is exactly what it was. Separately I was isolating each of the safety circuits on the main board and that confirmed it was the top lid magnetic switch was faulty. It was the only one not shown as an input in the diagnostic page :(

Have you tried to test the X-axis stepping? I am suspecting might have to do with the Encoder with X-Magnetic strip.

Count on Tools makes hard foam support block with magnetic bases that work really well. check with them to see if they make them for the SPV. Insert standard: I receive no benefit nor compensation from the aforementioned company.

The most common issue with baking parts for removing moisture too much, is oxidation of the leads. But I haven't seen that too much. I'm really curious what moisture magnets are and how they work.

ensure the nozzle is inserting fulling into the nozzle holder. ensure shaft is lubricated, clean between the magnetics on the shaft. complete nozzle height calibration
