Have the same problem but I do it manually in MYDATA when I check the feeder�s position I can change the orientation there.

Thanks. Placing the .pcb file in the spool dir worked. What about the layout file? I can manually create one and import that through tpsys but I'm wondering if there is an easier way to do that.

Valors vPlan has documentation/WI tool, data feed into it is extracted from CAD/CAM/BOM , SMT Parts Allocation, Manual placement allocation etc and can add pictures, videos etc, should check this out also...

I don't have the manuals with me, so, Which axis is SA-6? Which amp displayed "7" What is "7"? 40 volt? measure across the motor power, not to grd. I think it should be 100vac

Does anybody have any recommended Clinch/Length values for: 1/4W Resistor 1N4007 Diodes 3W Resitors (A bit bigger than 1N4007 leads). Thanks, Jon

I use a clinch of 5 and a length of 3 for 1/4w and thicker leg diodes probably a 7 and 5. You really just have to play with the machine it figure out what works best for your application.
