I am looking for some equipment with a fairly undemanding capability. I would appreciate pointers to potential suppliers. Dispense size 0603 chips only, speed can be as low as 60 chips per minute. Only one type of component (ie one reel) is loaded.

Can anyone recommend a conformal coating that can be applied manually (dispensed or brushed) that isn't so volatile the operator needs special equipment/ventilation? A fast cure time/method would be helpful also. thanks John

Never could get that thing to work rite. Better off getting a glue stencil or a manual dispenser. Even if you do get it to work it is difficult to control the glue dot size to stay stable either you get too much or not enough.
