Oberon (oberonlube.com) makes a high temperature chain lube (oil). When our Heller oven was installed, we were told to use this as the replacement when our original volume of chain oil ran out. I do not know the price for it.

Does anyone know of a secondary source for the 773 ND edge chain lube ? $63.00 a pint from Vitronics is pretty intense.

We have 5 ovens that we use this oil on. Its like $23.00 per pint from the manufacturer. But they say you have to buy a case of 24. I just went ahead and bought it from Vitronics.

I just bought some of XPM3 series. according to Vitronics, you shouldn't go through more than two quarts a year per each oven. Have you experienced this? If not then I too would be interested in a 2nd source.

Sorry but I disagree The conveyor be it mesh belt or pin chain is a moving part that has caused many parts to dislodge Lack of lubricant on all the moving parts is usually the culprit I’ve also occasionally seen a bent link on a mesh belt snag & hoo

If you are doing double sided smt you need to look at a pin chain conveyor on your oven, not just a mesh belt. Regarding vapour phase I'm not an expert, but I've not seen one run with Nitrogen - as I understand it the vapour creates an inert atmosph
