I would suggest getting KE-2060 or KE-2080 instead. It has better camera and easier programming if you are working with fine-pitch components such as QFPs & Micro BGAs.

It really depends on pad design and other component on the PCB. Most of the time I run 0201s I have microBGAs on the board and usually print 3mil. Reduction will depend on the paste. For leaded paste you will have reduction (about 10% or so).For Lea

We are running double side micro bga boards and we were told to run one side, wash them, put them in the oven at 125c for 1 hour and putting them in the dry cabinet until we run the other side. Is this necessary? It is time consuming for us to wait
