We used to send our TM Magazines back to MYDATA (Micronic) for refurbishment. They turned them around pretty quickly.

I strongly suggest staying away from used Mydata/Micronic. I worked with them daily for over 15 years. They are not reliable.

I think that would depend somewhat on what type (manufacturer) of feeders they have. We run Mydata (Micronic) machines. With the style of feeder they use, a tape that exceeds the normal width could be a problem as there is a maximum width the feede

We have 2 Mydata machines. Accuracy is closer to 25microns at 3 sigma and you'll be lucky to get a quarter of the 20K placement rate. Their flexibility is their selling point and are prefectly suited for high mix - low/med volume. I wish your high vo

Mydata (recently changed name to Micronic) will be more expensive than Manncorp but from my experience using Mydata, they are well worth the money. Tech support (in the USA at least) is very good if you go through them to buy the machines. You can

I have performed research on the latest P&P equipment, and Mydata Company is among the best in terms of placement accuracy to within +/- 5 microns to be exact, and at 20,000 CPH rate outperforming players such as Fuji, Universal, and Panasonic. I wil

You have to be careful here. The figure is expressed as placement accuracy, not process quality therefore 3 sigma does not relate to 2700 PPM defects but 2700 parts per million placed outwith 15microns (0.0006" / 0.6thou). Extrapolating the distribu
