Based on the my15 we used to have and our current My100's I'd say it lost the position of the tool bank. Is it Hydra or Midas tooling? Uninstalling and reinstalling the hydra tool bank is fairly easy. If it's Midas tools, does it fetch other tools

Hi Bert, For your second issue, are the tools well lubricated? If not the Midas head can fail to grab the tool and can generate the z motor error. Doing this followed by a base-centre level measurement should resolve your problem. Steve

Phil is on the right track. Try this.... Go into the service program, and bring up the vacuum force indicators. Manually install a spring loaded tool into the Midas head. Once the tool is in the head, press on the tip of the nozzle with your finger.
