Thanks Again Everyone! One more question... Do you suggest to use 5 mil stencils? My existing stencils are all 6 mil and 8 mil. Should I change them?

Kenny, Why are you using a step? The components you list could be done with the 7 mil stencil. I would use 6 mil myself but I assume you may need the 7 mil for other components you do not list. Jerry

6 mils maybe? instead of 6mm? We go down to 5 mils and up to 7 with 0603. You could even use a 4mil stencil for these without any problems. The .2mm (.0078")apart however might get you in trouble unless your equipment is rock solid.

5mil should work fine. Some stencil manufacturers charge more if you go less than 5mil so stick with 5mil.

Hi, The machine is a Universal GSM1 flexhead. Is it possible to just change the lens of a 2.6mil camera for a 1mil or 0.5mil lens. Or do I have to buy a complete camera assembly to do this? Thanks, Grant

conveyor speed: 30 in/min. 8 zones stencil thickness 6 mil for most, for the one with 0402 5 mil (due to a 20mil pitch QFP) laser cut. thanks.

I believe industry standard is 1/2 pitch for fine pitch devices. If your part is 20 mil pitch, apts would be 10 mil wide. This should gasket fine to the pcb pad and with a 5 mil stencil should print well.
