In Production Monitor....there is Utility and Axis speed. Make sure the z-axis are set to 100%. I would also check to make sure in your component information that you dont have your parts slowed down or have long place and/or pick delays. good luck

Here is a newer procedure I found, that is more in depth with better illustration. The nozzle jig, is also used for proper Z calibration, and is pictured in this service procedure.
