I have an issue with our Mirtec MV-7xi AOI machine where it's detecting all misaligned parts as missing part. Even when i manually select "Misaligned", it still populates the defect as missing. See attached file for example.

We use our MIRTEC to inspect Thru hole axial components after they've come off of the Universal VCD machine. I just add them to the centroid data in Circuitcam and the operators program the images like any other part.

SWAG may be correct. The program files, the defect data, and images do pile up. You will also experience this is you have a lot of components that are not linked to your libraries. These too will add up over time, and cause considerable slowdown. '
